    Scarpa maestrale alpine touring boot

Great boot so far! Highly recommend having them molded and also using an insole. The one that comes in the boot is as thin as a piece of paper. I used the super feet hike insoles. I can wear them all day and no sore spots not foot fatigue.

    Comfortable Solid Boots

I upgraded to the Maestrale from the predecessor Spirit3, with which I had constant blister issues in touring mode. Peter did a good job of molding the Intuition liners and gave me a couple options to mitigate the blister issue. I have been out on the boots once skinning up at Winter Park and so far so good

    Perfect boot

Have to thank the CCB peeps at Highlands for helping me get this boot dialed in with a few tweaks. The ankle buckle keeps my heel locked down like Ghislaine Maxwell’s prison sentence. Good articulation for the up, and skis great whether hotdogging, in full pizza or pinning it French fry style.

Because of my messed up shoulder I won't be able to test out the gear for another 2 months. I'll be happy to give a review when I'm able to check it out.
