Blizzard

From the Freeride World Tour to ripping race gates, Blizzard skis are designed for ultimate performance. Their touring skis are no different. From lightweight mountaineering tools like the Zero G 80 LT to freeride beasts like the Hustle 11, Blizzard skis are designed to take you to remote peaks, secret powder stashes, and everywhere in between.

Based in Salzburg Austria, Blizzard makes some of the hardest charging skis on the market. Founded by Anton Arnsteiner in 1945 after WWII, he started off building furniture and skis in his family workshop. After playing around with several construction techniques, Blizzard developed a strong reputation for stiff and super fast skis. With a rich history in ski racing, they have taken that same tech and manufacturing prowess to the uphill scene.

The Zero G line has been knocking off the tallest peaks over the past few years. This lineup utilizes a lightweight carbon construction to make the skis fast on the uphill and extra stiff on the downhill.

Product Spotlight: Blizzard Hustle 11

The Hustle 11 is for people who want to charge every line, pop every roller and cliff, and generally ski downhill like a powder-crazed maniac. Let's face it, you'll be sweating hauling these bad boys up the skin track, but there's a reason ski films feature people ripping gnarly spines and not huffing it uphill. The Hustles are about enjoying the down, and when you absolutely blast past someone bogged down on his 85 mm sticks, you'll know that every ounce you hauled up was worth its weight in gold.
