Geared towards the all-mountain specialist who can't be contained - making turns all over the mountain, in all conditions. A mid-weight setup for good touring efficiency and amazing downhill performance and durability.
The DPS Tour1 Wailer 106 is a shop and customer favorite for a variety of reasons. The shape and profile offer superb float and nimble handling in bottomless pow, and the perfect amount of camber underfoot, coupled with gentle early rise tip/tail and high torsional stiffness allows for solid grip on firm steeps, as well as being immensely stable at high speeds when you decide to open it up. The light and poppy Balsa core layered with pre-preg aero grade carbon fiber dampens the ride through a variety of conditions, and there's no doubt the double Rockwell steel edges and world cup race bases hold up to the lurking shark fins you may find while ripping on these blue beauties.
The Dynafit Radical ST 2.0 binding is DIN-certified, meaning it meats a recognized standard for consistent release in both the lateral and vertical planes. A well-rounded feature set, ease-of-use and demo track under the toe pieces means these will work well for just about anybody.
Pomoca Climb Pro S-Glide skins are the creme de la creme of Pomoca skins. 70/30 mohair/nylon blend, hydrophobic treatment to the plush, waterproof backing and Pomoca's dependable and long-lasting glue adhesive make these one of the most desired skins on the market.
*Treated with DPS Phantom Waxless Glide Treatment for all-purpose glide in a variety of snow temperatures. Vastly improves the ski base/skin relationship - gone are the days of hot waxing your bases every week.
Overall, this demo setup is in great shape. The skis are minimally used, probably less than a half dozen times. Minor top-sheep discoloration. Bases have very minimal scuffing. Bindings and skins are also in great shape.
