The Fischer TransAlp Carbon 90 is a light, versatile ski that will really allow you to tour efficiently and cover ground with ease, while still retaining a solid, confidence inspiring feel when descending, whether you're making turns in untracked powder, spring corn or hard pack at the resorts. The micro-sidewall underfoot gives the ski torsional rigidity, which allows for firm edging ability. Coupled with the Carbon Tex technology, the ski descends smooth and damp, eating up vibration and initiating turns with smooth ease.
The Dynafit Radical ST 2.0 binding is DIN-certified, meaning it meats a recognized standard for consistent release in both the lateral and vertical planes. A well-rounded feature set, ease-of-use and demo track under the toe pieces means these will work well for just about anybody.
The Fischer branded skins work great in all conditions with their 70/30 blend of mohair/nylon, offering great glide to grip strength.
Overall, the demo is in good shape with minimal use and minimal abrasions and scuffing to the bases. The top sheets mostly good condition, with some visible abrasions and scratches. The skins are in great condition, and should last at least a few seasons.
