Why We Like the Karakoram Prime Nomad Splitboard Bindings

All Karakoram highback feature the Dual Stride Ride that allows you to have 2 different forward lean angles preset and only needing a quarter turn to switch to walk mode.  

The Prime Nomad shines on the uphill with independent sleeves that rotate freely on a fixed through-axle (similar to a bike axle) for a stiff and smooth touring pivot.  The Dual Speed riser is easy to use with your ski pole baskets.  Simply drag the snow basket under the corner to bring up the risers to full height or easily bring them down a notch.  When you don't need them, you can plop them back down with the pole basket as well.  With Karakoram splitboarding bindings you get everything out of the box--even "split ski mode"!!  Integrated in the risers are a slick “quick lock” to secure your heels for those dreaded downhill skins.  (Makre sure to test these when you set up the bindings to have the spacing and tension correct)
