Touring ski by day, resort ski by... another day, or night if you live on the East Coast and can night ski. The Salomon MTN lab skis are the widest in the MTN series at 115 mm underfoot, so you know you won't have trouble floating in powder. This is a ski that falls into the quiver of one ski for backcountry enthusiasts because they are light, wide, but ski really well. They are constructed out of a full woodcore with a carbon and flax fiber layer on top of it, keeping them light enough for big days of vertical, but the full sidewalls, traditional camber underfoot, and utility rocker in the tip will keep you coming back for more, whether you are on piste, or deep in the backcountry.
