Great liners and fit

Was struggling to find the right OEM liners for a Scarpa Maestrale boot, but Cripple Creek had them in stock and in store. They fit great after heat molding, and have been working excellently this season

Liner sent was for wrong boot year

Cripple Creek sent the SCARPA Pro Flex M Performance Boot Liner promptly. Unfortunately, it was for the 2023/24 Scarpa Maestrale RS and was too low in volume to work in my boot, which is an older model. There was no indication on the Cripple Creek Web page that the liner fits only the 2023/24 model. I molded the liner before discovering that it did not fit my boot, and so I was unable to return it.

Wrong replacement boot liner received

The item which I received does not match the one that I ordered. It is not the same boot liner. It’s orange instead of blue (the pic on the Cripple Creek website is the same color blue as my original liners), and the thickness and the fit is different than the original (the model number on the received liner is different than the one on the website and different than the original for the Scarpa Maestrale RS boots which I own).
I am making it work as best I can. But it tends to blister my heel.
I did not opt to return it because it’s ski season here and I don’t want to miss out.
