Advance all-mountain and freeride skiers alike have come to trust and love the Blizzard Sheeva 10 skis. At 102mm width underfoot, they have been offering easy float in pow, agility edge to edge, and reliability for steep aggressive skiing for many years. For the 2023-24 season, Blizzard has upped the ante to make the Sheeva an even more stable and powerful ski.
They started with the wood core that combines the strengths of different types of wood. Underfoot is stiffer Beech that offers power and stability, and the tip and tail have Poplar and Paulownia to keep the swing weight low and allows for smooth flex in and out of turns. The shape of the metal layer has been updated to two titanal stripes that run along the edges and shock-absorbing fiberglass laminates underfoot, further adding stability and reducing chatter in variable snow.
