Touring:

  • Push the rear most plastic lever down to slide the heel unit back into touring position. Ski pole in the dimple works best, push until a click is felt
  • Either hold brake pad down while pushing unit back or press down firmly afterwards to raise brakes
  • Open toe unit jaws by pressing down on toe lever, window will display OPEN
  • Bump front of boot to plastic alignment stoppers in toe piece and press down on green tab
  • Lock the toe by pulling up on the toe lever up until WALK is displayed in the window
  • Flip two risers forward from heel unit as needed for climbing aides

Skiing:

  • Raise rear most plastic lever until it clicks tight with the heel unit tin skiing position
  • Open toe unit jaws by pressing down on toe lever, window will display OPEN
  • Bump front of boot to plastic alignment stoppers in toe piece and press down on green tab. Toe lever automatically should go to SKI position
  • Step down and rear pins will engage rear of boot
  • Press down on toe lever with ski pole to exit binding

Adjustment:

  • Adjust for boot sole length/forward pressure using posi drive #3 bit in lowest rear screw. 
  • Forward pressure is confirmed when screw is flush with housing
  • Lateral release value is adjustable using posi drive #3 bit on screw in the rear screw of the toe piece
  • Forward release is adjusted with posi drive #3 bit in the upper rear screw of the heel unit

Binding Specifics:

  • Forward pressure screw will not be “out” for too loose of an adjustment. It is prudent to adjust the screw inward until it is too tight, and then out until flush
